Ascent Community Project:
Personal trainers, Tony and Justin, are great to work with, very knowledgeable, and know how to make exercising fun. They are very devoted to working one on one with individuals. They paid particular attention to my form and could easily make modification recommendations to any exercise, based on my personal limitations. ASCENT Gym is a great place to work out in.

Bringing health and wellness to those living with disabilities
Ascent Community Project is a non-profit initiative motivated by those facing and living with the challenges of MS. Through inspired training and continued focus on overall health, the Ascent team of trainers and experts share the common goal of improving the overall health and fitness of Milwaukee’s community members living with disabilities.
For those facing major health challenges and disabilities, sometimes simply living is challenge enough. Far too many men and women living with disabilities have little to no access to preventative care. Finding relief through improved movement, flexibility, mobility and endurance often aids in a better quality of life and overall wellness, getting people out of the wheelchair, away from the walker and living to their fullest.
With so many members of the Milwaukee community challenged not only by health issues but also fixed incomes, and limited access to preventative care, physical therapy and personal training, Ascent Community opens gym doors for little to no charge. This income-based membership allows those in need to benefit from proper fitness training and health counseling to improve their overall quality of life.
Call Ascent today to find out how our certified trainers and coaches can help you reach new health and fitness goals.
