Our student athletes now more than ever need the proper coaching to avoid injury and provide the athletic foundation to help them succeed. As budgets are cut and programs pulled from Milwaukee’s public schools, athletes and students alike lose physical activities, sports and most importantly, off-season training and injury prevention.
As we grow, our bodies have a chance to be built correctly or incorrectly. Without proper coaching in strength and conditioning for our student athletes, the possibilities of sports or training-related injuries increase dramatically.
Ascent Performance partners with high school and college athletic programs both on individual and group training throughout the school year and during the sporting off-seasons to help improve proper technique, endurance, flexibility and athleticism. Our Ascent athletes are provided the building blocks to help them achieve new fitness goals and excel throughout the season.
