ASCENT Gym is simply an outstanding fitness training model supported by an outstanding community of members we call ASCENT-ers.
We are unique in that we max our classes out at 8 members, and focus our experienced and motivating trainers on your success. Our small group classes learn and excel in resistance and olympic lifting, body weight and movement exercises, power motions, kickboxing, and high intensity intervals.
We pride ourselves in our friendly and welcoming community where intimidations just doesn't exist, but success is everywhere for the beginning fitness enthusiast to the athlete in all of us.
